Not to mention, processed foods are usually made with additives in order to manufacture them at a cheaper price.

Instead, you should be opting for whole foods such as fresh produce, bread, or low-processed animal products. Always check the nutrition facts whenever buying something pre-packed, make sure you’re not picking up something with a laundry list of chemical ingredients.
