Staying Fit While Short on Time or Money
Staying fit can be costly and time-consuming for some.
Some gym memberships are expensive, and you may not have time for a full-blown workout routine in your day-to-day. But there are ways you can stay fit, frugal, and within your schedule.
Here are some helpful tips:
Walk, walk, walk
Walking is a highly underrated exercise, you may not be breaking a sweat but you’ll be working your muscles and burning calories. Whenever you can, opt to walk instead of driving or taking the bus.
Skip the Elevator
Many of us work in office buildings and spend most of our day sitting in a chair. Why not make the most of getting to your desk by choosing the stairs instead of the elevator? If you work in an especially tall building, consider spending part of your break walking up the staircase.
Ten Minutes of Fitness
There are a plethora of short exercise routines on YouTube that require little to no equipment. These routines can be as short as 10 minutes and will really get your body moving.
Lack of funds and time is no longer an excuse to put off your fitness goals!
